Cook corn on the cob
The easiest way.
Ingredients
Corn: On the cob and unshucked
Note: If it's already unshucked, that works too.
You will need
Microwave
Sharp knife
Something to hold hot things.
Oven mitt, pot holder, etc.
Cook
Rinse the outside of the corn husk.
Microwave the whole, unshucked corn cob for 3-4 minutes on high.
Use an oven mitt to remove the corn.
Cut through the husk and cob about 1 inch up from the base.
Carefully shake and slide the corn out of the husk.
Voila! Fresh corn as easy as canned or frozen.
Eat
Eat it.
Tip: Season to taste with butter, olive oil, salt, etc.
