Speak to a person

1. Call +1 800 463 3339 call

2. At the first prompt, say "Give me options".

   • Note: If the automated system tries to assume the reason for your call, you may first have to say "No".

3. At the second prompt, say "More options".

4. At the third prompt, say "Even more options".

5. At the fourth prompt, say "It's something else".

6. If asked for a tracking number, you can input any number, which the system will not recognize.

You should then be forwarded to a FedEx customer service representative.

1. Find and call the number of the locaton you want open_in_new.

2. At the first prompt, dial 2.

3. At the next prompt, dial 2.

If the pharmacy is open, you should then be forwarded to a real human person pharmacist.
