Amazon: Chat with a person
They seem to keep making it more difficult, don't they?
Sign into your account.
Start searching, then select, Customer Service.
Select any of the recent items you've ordered.
Note: If you don't see the one you need to discuss, just pick any that you see instead.
Select Return or replace item. Even if this isn't what you want to do; it's just the way to chat with someone real.
Select It's something else › I need more help › Start chatting now.
Note: If you're on the phone app, you can also choose Request call now, but that option tends not to work as well, and doesn't leave you with a record of the conversation.
Once in the chat, follow the prompts, if any are correct. If not, select No, it's something else or Get help with a different issue, or whatever option to that effect.
Send the message: "Chat with a person."
Select It's something else.
Send the message: "Chat with a person." again.
Select Chat with an associate now.
Then, you'll be connected to a person. After all that work, you've earned it.
Tip: If you scroll up while in a chat, you'll see your previous chats. This is a useful record if you need to reference past statements in your conversation.

Supposedly, their standard process is that as a customer, you may only leave a voicemail, then they'll call you back. They've never called me back. So, instead...
Find and call the number of the locaton you want open_in_new.
At the first prompt, dial 2.
At the next prompt, dial 2.
If the pharmacy is open, you should then be forwarded to a real human person pharmacist.
I've noticed some pharmacists don't like when you do this, and will either lie about being unable to help you from this line, or will hang up on you. In which case...
Call the main customer service line at +1 800 746 7287 call.
Say "Pharmacy".
Dial 4, then wait.
When a person answers, let them know that you cannot get through to the pharmacy at your location, then ask that they transfer you to a person at your pharmacy. Also, ask that they stay on the line until you're talking with your location's pharmacist.
This has always corrected the issue for me. Good luck out there! And maybe pick a better pharmacy, if you can.

Call +1 800 463 3339 call
At the first prompt, say "Give me options".
Note: If the automated system tries to assume the reason for your call, you may first have to say "No".
At the second prompt, say "More options".
At the third prompt, say "Even more options".
At the fourth prompt, say "It's something else".
If asked for a tracking number, you can input any number, which the system will not recognize.
You should then be forwarded to a FedEx customer service representative.
Note: Most have been pleasant, but if you get someone unhelpful or mean, just hang up & call back. You'll usually get someone different.
