Put a serving of yogurt into a bowl.
1-3 oz per person.
Tear up a large soft, fresh fig into a few pieces.
Or multiple, smaller figs. Or whatever seasonal fruit you prefer.
Add the fig pieces to the yogurt.
Add a splash of vanilla or pandan extract (to taste).
Optional: Add a teaspoon of the sweetener.
I find the Cocoyo doesn't need this, though the tartness of sheep/goat yogurt can.
Stir everything together, mashing up the soft fig pieces so that they mix well.
The skins tend to stay in tasty chonks, but the innards often break apart and incorporate nicely.
Add some nuts or nut butter, then stir a little more.
Eat it.
Note: You can also store it, but it tends to be best fresh.
