Make the best hot chocolate
Slowly simmer milk (of your preferred kind, even if non-dairy open_in_new).
Stir in bars or pieces of your favorite solid chocolate.
One at a time, stirring, until they're fully melted.
Continue to taste.
Add a small touch of vanilla extract open_in_new.
Or a bit of cinnamon, or chili powder (if you're feeling a little spicy today).
