An easy dish to whip up on the go. For those who don't eat mayo or even eggs, tahini is a tasty option. Depending on your ratios, you may end up with more of a hummus; WE'RE WALKING THE LINE HERE.
Tahini
Oil (Olive, avocado, or other)
Spices to taste (Black pepper, dill, parsley, cayenne, etc.)
Salt (depending on saltiness of other ingredients)
Tinned or leftover fish (such as salmon, tuna, lobster, crab)
Sauerkraut
Beans (tip: chickpeas)
Potato (tip: sweet potato)
Lemon juice or vinegar (any kind)
Olives or pickles (&/or their juice)
Chicken
Celery
Red or green onion
Capers
Mayonnaise
Mustard
A bowl & sturdy utensil to mash ingredients with.
A fridge or cooler to store leftovers.
Put all the ingredients you choose to use in your bowl, then mash them together.
Add more or less oil, tahini, spices, & other ingredients to your preferred texture/taste.
Great in a sandwich, with crackers, grains, or on its own. Enjoy!
